When you launch your PixelStellar cloud Desktop & try to (re)connect, it’s possible that a black screen is returned in the PixelStellar client.
This is a known issue and we are looking for a permanent solution.
This issue is mostly caused by crashing software.
To resolve this issue, you can try closing the software via task manager.
1. Send Ctrl+Alt+Del via the top menu
2. Click on “Task manager”
3. End the task that is causing the crash
It’s possible that sending Ctrl+Alt+Del doesn’t work. When this occurs, you can try performing a shutdown & boot in the PixelStellar platform.
